Nancy, people miss that 10 to 14 days all the time! It takes horses much longer to learn things undersaddle than it does on the ground. Take your time… your horse will appreciate it. And I agree – when I went to my first private lesson with Dale, all I could do was one rein stops at the walk and trot. We got along fine and still learned a bunch. I wish this confidence clinic had happened last year, I really could have used it then
