Hey Katherine, good to hear from all of you…nothing like helping somebody else with their horses to be able to see the holes and have the person your working with have successes……to me that’s the most rewarding…
I find myself taking things for granted like body position, timing and experience to have that horse respond correctly. I have a real hard time, having the patience to have the person move quick enough or apply the right amount of pressure for the excerise to work. I want to take the horse and show them, they really need to do it themselves and see what works and what doesn’t. I have to almost sit on my hands and keep repeating the directions until something happens, good or bad. I guess that’s why I’m not really a good teaching, I try thought, I believe the method is GREAT and whatever I can do to help get others involved and loving it, and getting great results!!!
The difference between who you are and who you want to be....is what you do.
