August 2-4 clinic still on??

Does anyone know if the Central Point, Oregon Clinic with Dale is still on for this weekend, August 2-4?? Due to the many fires in S. Orgon, the smoke is so bad I am worried about people and horses being in it. We are planning to audit but now I am worried.
