Just wondered if there is any hope of Clinton offering a clinic which could help us learn how to work with our horses that have cow in them.
Also wondered how much interest among NWC for this kind of thing.
More specifically, I have some experience with horses, not cows. I would love to learn how to work cattle on my little guy Reno, who has a definite attraction to cows, and probably would enjoy the ‘purpose’ it would give him. I know his Fundamentals, Intermediate, and Advanced training are all basics for going on to Cattle, but I want to learn how to make the introduction and how to maintain him with some sorting, or moving cattle. There are people in my area that offer cattle work instruction, but I do prefer Clinton’s style and trust that his program will make it a better and safer program for my horse and myself.
I would love to hear from all you NWC members who are into cattle activites w/ your horses and also from DUH about the possibility of a video, video series, or clinic offerings.
