DUH discourages this, since the primary responisbility is to handle emergencies. Do you really want someone you just met helping you dress, get into bed or potty? Obviously this is worse case scenario, but it should be considered. Friends are tolerant of our mood swings, know our “triggers” and ultimately won’t leave us high and dry even if we behave badly! That doesn’t mean you can’t meet a new lifelong friend in NWC!! Just don’t scoop up an available body right before a clinic!
