OMG! What a very pleasant surprise to hear Clinton’s voice on the phone today (doesn’t he ever take a day off?)!!! I had hosted a private clinic with Dale the first part of May and had returned my clinic survey a couple weeks later. Clinton had some questions about it and we ended up talking for 30-45 minutes! He really wants to know that his program is being represented by all his clinicians exactly the way he intends and with the very highest standards possible. Each of the participants at the clinic were given surveys to return directly to Clinton with multiple questions concerning our experiences. I took the liberty to really expound upon some of the things he was asking about. He appreciated the thought and time I took to respond with compliments as well as suggestions for improvement (not that there is much to improve on – Dale did a great job.) I appreciate the fact that he is really listening and will take our comments into consideration when planning for future clinics!

Now the scary thing is that I just got a new cell phone – one of those touch screen things. And I’m having a hard time learning how to use the dang thing. I’m so afraid I’m going to slide my finger over his phone number since it appears on my list of incoming calls, and accidentally call him back. I’ve done that several times with other people! But, knowing him, he’d just ask me another string of questions. It was great!
