Hi guys!!!! Today was the first day and I’m relieved to say, it went really well. I was pretty nervous and worried that Conner would be a little wound up around a large group of horses and in all likelihood show me up. He was kinda worried at first , but after we got going, he settled down and did really well.
My favourite moment of day one was when Clinton took Conner and did some backing up with him ( aaaaaaaggghhhhhh “take my horse please!!!”) … That moment alone was worth the cost of the clinic!
I was commended on our flexing .. Told him I was best one he’d seen so far today…ha ha ha… And with that feather in my cap, left the arena and wrapped up our first day
