I just have to rave a little about this first day of the Ranch Rally. I could go on for hours about everything I took away from the demos, but more than that, I am just so absolutely blown away by the entire atmosphere of the place and how incredibly welcomed I have felt today!

From the second I came through those gates to the second I left again, I was utterly overwhelmed by the sheer dedication the entire team has to ensuring we all get the most out of our experience. I don’t think I met a single person today who didn’t have a smile on their face!!

Something I’ve always been incredibly inspired by about Downunder Horsemanship is the amount of pure dedication, hard work and love every single team member puts into every single event. Everyone – Clinician, sponsor, sales rep, customer service, NWC admins, production team etc – ALWAYS puts in 110% effort and it really is rare to find such a solid dedication the whole team round. There is not ever one person who is slacking off, or not putting in everything they have. There has never been one instance where I’ve thought “Wow, they really could have tried harder.” You guys absolutely blow me away every single day with how incredibly passionate you are about striving to make this the BEST company it can possibly be. Each and every one of you constantly put your all into whatever it is you’re doing, and it really is so clear to see how proud you are tonne a part of this. It’s hard to find that kind of partnership between a company and its clients. I’ve always said that DUH is like a big family and that is truly the way it feels – we are all just turning up to one big ol family reunion and everyone is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure everyone else has a great time.

No matter what you guys organise, we can always rest assured you’re going to give it your all and give us something truly spectacular, and it’s really truly evident how much you all care about this company and the people in it. Clinton really does a phenomenal job in picking the people to represent him and I just hope you all know how truly appreciated you are!

Your hard work and efforts don’t go unnoticed! Every smile, every “Hey, how’s it going?” Every minute you spend setting up and packing away, every long drive, every patient answering of a stupid question you’ve probably heard a thousand times, every day you get up at the crack of dawn and work relentlessly to better yourself and your education and therefore US and OUR education…it all is truly encouraging and inspiring and deeply moving. You guys have created the most incredible company in the world, and it’s really not about the horses or the products or the TV shows or the glamour.

It’s always, always the people and you guys (yes, EVERY. SINGLE. ONE of you beautiful humans that are a part of this incredible company) really are what makes this entire thing so very special.
This is definitely extended to my fellow Method followers and NWC members – even from opposite ends of the world without ever having met face to face, you guys have never failed to make everyone feel welcome and supported and part of the family! It is such a huge sense of community and I am so beyond proud to be a part of something so special!

So a huge big thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to all of you who work tirelessly to ensure that we have a great time at this big family reunion. You guys are all so amazing and I hope you know that we really appreciate every little thing that you do to help us on our horsemanship journeys. Thank you for being the people we are proud to put our faith in!!

I’m going to go now before I write another 22 pages about how much I love y’all. I could go on for days. You guys rock!! Sending hugs – and don’t you worry, you’re all getting one in person tomorrow!!
