We have had one spot open up for our 2 day clinic/private lessons with Jennie July 5th & 6th.
Cost for the 2 days: $250 due by June 2nd; $50-100 due July 5th at the beginning of lessons to coverage Jennie’s fuel, etc.
We are cost sharing food expenses and a donation for your electric hook-up (if needed) would be nice for our host.

Location: Private property within 5 miles of Clinton, motels available in town (population near 10,000). You are welcome to bring your trailer with living quarters and stay. We will make electric available (need to know amps needed) and can get you rural water to fill your tank and sewer dump if needed on location.

Facilities: We will be based on 10 acres with a 66 foot permanent round pen. We are putting up an arena area with round pen panels and gates for the clinic within a fenced pasture. We plan to have panel pens for the horse at night. There is no barn or covered stalls. If it rains we will be wet (outdoors), if it is hot we will be wet (hot and sweaty). Our well water is sulfur – that is why we have rural water, also. You may arrive Sunday afternoon and leave early Wednesday a.m. if needed.

The plan so far: Day one – get through as much of the fundamentals/basics as possible, working on our sticky spots and fine tuning our skills. We plan to stay on the 10 acres that day.

Day two – provided everyone is good to be out of the arena area, we want to hit the gravel roads around the area (10-15 miles of them) to polish our skills.

We will have some obstacles to work with and there will be water to work with on or near our location. Truman Lake is very near.

Your qualifications:
#1 Money talks – , but seriously, we would like someone that has enough horse and DUH experience to be out of the arena by afternoon on day one and confident enough with your horse to be out on the roads by day two. The group we have put together are not beginners. We are looking to fine tune what we know and correct what we are not doing correctly. We have 2 women that are mid to late 20s and 3 women at are near 50 enrolled in this clinic.
