Okay, so the horse I would most love to take to a clinic, both because she is furthest along and the most athletic, has THE WORST attitude towards people that aren’t ME. I know that the answer to her issues is that she get around as many people that aren’t going to let her get away with any crap (like peeing on them, charging, etc) but around here that has just never been a possibility. At present I am never able to ride her in company, the folks I know are … treehuggers at best, totally unwitted at worst. I would LOVE to be able to get her into event situations!!! Is this innappropriate for taking to a clinic? Would it be reasonable to be able to address this in a clinic situation? I fully understand that safety is a BIG issue.
