I got a very nice thank you email today from a woman I sent tickets to for the Columbus tour; she responded to through a discussion group thread I had put up announcing the tickets. She and a group of lady friends were headed out for a fun weekend. I think it’s so nice that Clinton makes the tour accessible for so many people in this manner. I was especially pleased to learn that she did not let two tickets lay by the wayside when two friends needed to cancel, as paying it forward & giving to charity is such a great theme in this club, and of course promoted so strongly by Clinton himself. It’s proof that the good energy you put out into the world spreads all on its own.
Bonnie,
I wanted to thank you again for sending the Clinton Anderson tickets. We gals had a great time, and by golly, I think we learned a few things. You should also know that a pair of tickets was donated to the local saddle club a couple of weeks before the event. The tickets were used as a prize for the Ride for the Cure class. (Two ladies in our original group ended up cancelling a couple of weeks before the Aussie’s visit.)
Thanks again.
Deb
I wish they made a t-shirt that said, "DID trade boyfriend for a pony & 2 saddles," because I'm the type of person who likes to advertise my accomplishments.
