Gene, How did you find out about the tickets close to being sold out? I think you are in Texas, right? From your past posts, I remember Padre Island because my sister lives in Corpus Christi. You wouldn’t have to worry about airfare. It said they will have drawings for prizes if I remember and there is a schedule from 9-5 everyday PLUS earlier (7am ?) extra learning opportunities each day. I think someone at the office might know how close they are to selling out and what the deal is for Halloween. No one has said anything about costumes. . Some people are going by themselves and spouse is holding down the fort at home. I think the alcohol is up to the individual….not everyone will be doing that part. .
