Dear Clinton,
I’ve been a fan of yours and supporter for well over 10 years and I’d like to share some thoughts with you. I’ve seen you numerous times in Ohio, Kentucky and Idaho. I’ve purchased kits as well as equipment and I’m a No Worries Club member. I train, breed and show Arabian horses and no, it does not bother me one bit how you feel about Arabians. When you read this keep in mind it has nothing to do with the Method itself only what I witnessed at the Nampa, ID Tour.
1. You really did nothing for CURRENT No Worries members.
2. I purchased over $2600.00 worth of product on Sunday and the sales people we terrible. They did not want to spend any time with someone who was ready to buy numerous items and they weren’t very knowledgeable off the top of their head (had to look things up or were guessing). I’m glad I had been researching the purchase of one of your saddles before attending this past weekend due to the lack of sales support.
3. As for the clinic, content was good, but not up to your normal standards and neither was Diaz. Even though I’m an Arab person I really enjoy your horses, both athletically and for their conformation and beauty. Diaz was not warmed up enough and I did hear your explanation but you have loads of people working for you that could keep him better tuned. Not only did I attend but I brought three guests who could be clients of yours in the future. I was truly embarrassed and shocked at some of the content and language you used during the show – especially since I had guests with me. And don’t give me the crap about “if you don’t like it leave” since it’s people like me who not only support your training Method but support you financially as well. When you dropped the “F” word in front of the 12 year old that’s just thoughtless. The sexual jokes and comments about your relationship dislikes with women have no place in the arena. Keep in mind you’re the one who said 80% of your business is women so putting them down is not helping you. I do not mind when you say women give too many treats or love before getting respect but your relationship topics have no place in business. I also don’t want to hear about cold and men’s private parts either, another subject that has no place in the business.
At this point I’m not sure I’ll ever attend another tour even though its free for me my time is valuable. As for my No Worries membership I’m still thinking about whether I will renew or not. At this point you’ve either blown this letter off or maybe you’re still reading it. If you’re still reading I hope you’ll try to get your standards back to where they were and maybe drop me a note regarding your thoughts on what I’ve written.
Sincerely,
Anna Barrington
