Change should always promote thought and discussion, so here is what I think:
Emily makes a very good, positive point: this change allows for more control of quality & customer satisfaction. I would like to add a reminder, as NWC Members we have the very important privilege of promoting DUH, the NWC, and the Method in our home terrritory. I would love to see a thread re-started on suggestions for doing that. Everything from day to day promotion of the ‘brand’ to gathering groups to attend a tour stop.
