Since I have absolutely no natural padding on my rear-end, I think I’ll bring a tush-cushion as well.
NOTHING makes you as sore as just sitting in the saddle all day standing still or while walking. You will NOT be doing that at the clinic! If you regularly ride with a tush-cushion, it’d be a good idea, but I suspect your thighs will get MUCH more sore than your bottom. At least…mine did.
