So seems not too many of us have posted in a while, prboably becasue were busy doing and moving. I am sure there are some little success out there ?
lets pat ouselves on the back even with the small victories, similar to the Method find a starting point and build from there
I will start, I have been using my treadmill 3 times a week since Jan and doing stomach exercises 2 – 3 times a week. i may not be thinner but i am getting stronger and in better shape. Although I had to desensitize horse with stick and string slapping the ground for what felt like 10 minutes of slapping the ground my arm was burning.How about you guys !!!

but i have not gained any wieght, however my getting into shape for spring has regressed. Not sure why but just have re-start doingCanter On

But get back on track and restart the better eating and hopefully more physical activity , starting monday. But in some way maybe is was good to have a big slip becasue even though i enjoyed i did feel guilty and off after the large calorie consumption. I did stick to low cal alcohol ya ok, and healthier cookie types, but still consumed more than 1 serving of many things. Its a constant battle, gotta keep fightingCanter On

OMG, why can’t the camera lie, why can’t i look as good as i feel or think I look in photos. I know whats needed to be done to to lose weight but ….it must not be that important to me, and I want time with my horse not running miles, as the world turnsCanter On
